I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic drive-thru on June 29, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m. I stopped to order dinner for my wife, my son, and myself. I had not eaten at Sonic in a while, so before ordering the #9 footlong hot dog combo, I asked what ingredients came on the hot dog because I did not want onions. The employee said “chili and cheese,” followed by something I could not hear because she spoke quickly. I politely apologized and asked her to repeat what she had said. She did not respond. This Sonic is in a prime location! It's extremely accessible, next to shopping, parks and walking paths. Not to mention they have yummy food. Make sure to allow yourself a few extra minutes because you're not the only one who loves their delicious Rout 44s or burgers. The staff is very friendly, the food is amazing and the drinks are refreshing. The blue ocean water with extra coconut is my go to when I'm thirsty and need to cool off on a hot day.

So whomever works that window and has been for a minute needs to quit her job. Sorry if it sucks, doesn’t mean you have to be rude and dismissive. We had grabbed our food after waiting 30 minutes in line - not one word said on her part - and had waited to order for the rest of the car and BOOM slammed the window and went on her way. Don’t think it’s a random crazy experience to have a drive thru lady give you a stone cold Steve act; this has happened to me three other times before now. Like, be so for real, why are we know driving to Dickinson for DRINKS because of immature, childish behavior.

Ordered online, even added a tip, ordered three meals, had my daughter go pick up the order, all of the orders were incorrect. They messed up just about everything. Even totally left out a Super Sonic Japapeno cheeseburger from the order. I tried to call the number listed on both Google and their website, it was NOT Sonic, but some hotel booking thing. I couldn't even report what was wrong with the order. My daughter went back to get the missing burger, when it finally showed up, I suspect that the burger was made way back when it was first ordered and sat there until it was picked up, i
