SoulEdge: Spartacus Hunger Cravings... Stopped by before 2 pm. Belive it or not, its my first time dining there. Hostess & Eliana helped me out with patio seating. Met Sandra my server, with excellent attention to detail. I ordered a custom Margherita Flatbread with pepperoni & Apple Crisp. The Flatbread was well received, I can tell by its crust & freshness taste. Apple Crisp, was very good. I was too full to finish it all. The Cheesecake Factory at Dadeland Mall was such a great experience! The moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, lively, and inviting. The menu is huge (as always), but everything we ordered came out delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your establishment on 5/6/26 During my visit, the host and manager were unprofessional and rude. Additionally, customers were subjected to long wait times due to what appeared to be poor management decisions regarding staffing. According to the manager on duty, there were not enough servers available to handle the volume of guests. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve your staffing and customer service standards.

We had a party of 11 last Saturday, it was my daughter graduation, and everything was excellent. The food was great, and our server was amazing! He was very attentive and always made sure our drinks were refilled and everything arrived at just the right time. I also like this location much more than other restaurants from the same company. The restaurant is large, spacious, and much more comfortable for bigger groups. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.
