⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Panda Express! Antonio provided excellent customer service and even offered to make sure I got anything I wanted that wasn’t currently available. That level of attention and care is appreciated. There were plenty of menu choices, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. While the rice and noodles could have used a little more seasoning for my taste, everything was fresh and the overall experience was very positive. Prices were GREAT FOR VALUE! A decent Panda Express serving the Grand Rapids MI area. I came in for a quick dinner to go, while traveling across the state. It was Sunday evening and it was very busy. The service was good, the manager took my order, she was polite and fast. The rest of the staff were working hard. Things weren't being filled as fast as people were ordering, but that's typical of Panda. So I ordered, paid, and the waited in the dining area for a while. Mobile order should at least be ready around the time that you want it scheduled for but no no I get in there and I gotta wait 25 minutes with attitude because they keep waiting on food but yet everybody else come up in there and get their online order and walk out I didn’t order nothing strange but yet I’m sitting there waiting for 25 minutes for something that should’ve been ready at 4:30 and the quality of your food sucks. You’re taking a Shortcuts and it shows don’t worry about me coming around anymore cause I won’t be wasting my money.

I sometimes have a little issue with portions at this location, but they came up really short this time on the entrees. The Beijing beef was almost 1 and 1/2 inches from being filled and blazing bourbon chicken was about 1 and 3/4 inches from being filled. Broccoli beef was about 1 inch.
