🥪🌮🍺🚛🌴 Maybe it was the pouring rain that dampened everyone’s spirits, but Garbo’s Grill just wasn’t quite worth the hype. They’re extremely, and I mean very, strict about the happy hour times, and it’s also surprisingly difficult to access from inside its host venue, Hank’s Hair of the Dog Saloon. To their credit, the food presentation was inviting and well done, but at this price point I was hoping for something a little more elevated than pre-packaged chips as the featured side. Maybe that’s just me.

If you’re on the hunt for the best lobster roll in Key West, you have to check out Garbo’s Grill. We tried a few lobster rolls around the island, and this one was hands down the best. The roll was incredibly meaty and served warm, which made it even better—packed with flavor and not skimpy at all. You can tell they don’t cut corners with the portion or quality. It’s from a food truck set up at a bar, which adds to the whole experience. The bar itself had live music and a really cool, laid-back atmosphere—perfect spot to hang out, grab great food, and enjoy the vibe. Definitely a must-try if

Fun place with amazing food and people. The bacon wrapped mango hot dog was incredible. Try it! Mango shrimp tacos were a close 2nd, as were the Korean BBQ tacos. Absolutely can't go wrong with anything. Such a cool place and dog friendly too!

Awesome taco trio,esp during happy hour. Definitely enough for a meal. Love seeing people bring their dogs in. Love to see the chickens and even the baby chicks pecking around. You ordered the food outside from the trailer and go inside the building to order your alcohol. Live music in the back along with the bathrooms. A little bit off the beaten path, but definitely worth it and it’s very very budget friendly. I highly recommend this place.
