Stopped with my daughter for a cinnamon crunch bagel and they only had 1. Kendall, made a great suggestion for my daughter cause I got the cinnamon. Blueberry raisin for her. And he asked about having a rewards account and I almost forgot. I got our order free. He was respectful, patient, and very friendly at the window. Kudos Kendall, we'll be back.

In town for the weekend and this Panera location was right next door to my hotel which I greatly appreciated. The hotel has a bistro that serves breakfast (paid, not free), but I figured I’d go with what I know instead of unfamiliar. I go over around 8:30AM, the store is pretty empty expect for me and one other customer but it was super clean and immaculate. The cashier was friendly, quick & efficient. Ordered food on app and when it didn’t show up at the time suggested I called and the manager (Saniah) went far and beyond to take care of the issue that DoorDash was having and she redid my order to be fresh and have one of her employees come and deliver it to me at my job. She is a great manager. That is what customer service is all about. Happy Panera customer.
