I went up there and placed my order for a Cantina quesadilla. I got home and they gave me a Cantina burrito. I went back up there to get a replaced and the lady was nice at all, but I don’t know who was making my burrito or whatever was mad that I came back but my quesadilla was filled with cheese and chipotle and this is my second time going back up there and I did not feel like going back up there. That’s very unacceptable. I’m pregnant and this was a craving of mine and they completely ruined it.

Do not waste your money, my food was cold and looked thrown together by an angry toddler, I went back asked for them to remake it and they gave me an attitude and refused. They brushed me off like I was the one bothering them. I will never eat here again, just rude and thoughtless. Taco Bell isn’t cheap and in today’s economy you should appreciate your customers. Ridiculous

Aw man, I've never had a wrong order from here until last night. I was so disappointed when I bit into what we're supposed to be two chicken ranch burritos and I instead got a rice and bean burrito and a burrito with chicken rice and Frito chips and then I also received a potato taco and some other steak burrito that I didn't bite into but neither of those were even on my order. Usually love coming to this location because they are so nice and always seem to get it right. This time was way off the mark and they were all new people I'd never seen before. Kind of upset. Just ordered a tostada and got nothing but lettuce- no beans. After requesting that my food be altered because it lacked beans, I was told "it has beans, the 'thin' ones", which was a very thin, unnoticeable layer of refried beans smeared under the small amount of lettuce. I don't expect it to look how it's advertised, but what is this? These beans are Kate Moss "thin". The only reason I'm not rating 1 star is because the cashier was very friendly and had the other order that was made wrong remade. By the way, this was a black bean and rice bowl without cheese, and it came cover
