I hate having to leave this review but I come here often after work because it’s one of the few places open after midnight, and the wait times are absolutely absurd. Im waiting in the middle of a line of seven cars I got here around 12:10a and it’s now 12:35a and I’ve only moved up one car space. I’m trapped in the drive thru because it’s grass on both sides so I can’t leave haha. But normally Food always comes out fine and warm. The night shift team though, always reeks of weed and I’m assuming it’s affecting their work.

Horrible food portion I had $34 worth of food. 4 hard taco that were meat and sour cream barely had enough meat to make it across my taco. Then these empadas were rock hard. Im in vacation so I don't know if this is typical in Ohio? Are they all like this? Waste of money but 1130 d night what choices do we have

Very poor customer service. I usually don’t take the time to leave online reviews, but my experience here was so disappointing that I felt it was necessary. This place may be one of the few options open late at night, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for treating customers poorly. Having a good team that provides respectful service is just as important as serving food. The staff working tonight seemed uninterested and unprofessional, and it honestly felt like they didn’t care about the customers at all. I may return because of the limited late-night options, but I don’t expect to receive resp

Had a frustrating experience at this Taco Bell while doing DoorDash. I drove about 10 minutes to pick up two orders and was told at counter they’d be ready in 10 minutes when I reached there. I waited inside the restaurant for over 20 minutes, then asked again. They realized they had accidentally given both of my orders to someone else and said they couldn’t remake them. This caused a big delay for both customers. Hope they improve their order handling.
