Not an awesome experience. Ordered a Mango Peach frozen refresher and payed with card at one of the booths. Once the drink comes out, I was told a higher price and was told to pay in cash. I told the lady that I had payed with card already and she didn't seem to care at all. She went back in to get the card reader and I ended up paying g for the same drink twice. Not only that, but I got home and it was the wrong drink. I ended getting a Watermelon Peach refresher instead of the Mango Peach I had asked for.

Wasn’t going to say anything but I’m pretty displeased. I got 3 milkshakes and a cheese stick. I was told they didn’t have any pennys so my change would be 3 cents short. Personally I think that is when they should have given me a nickel and I would have gotten what? 2 cents off but no I had to eat the 3 Pennys, which like I said, whatever, I wasn’t going to ruin someone’s day over 3 cents. Then I get not even 200 feet from the store and the lid isn’t even on my son’s milkshake and it gets allllllll over him!!! Very disappointed in my experience!!!!

Jacob is very rude. I tried to order like I do almost every day. And he was so snarky to us. Very unprofessional. Very condescending. I just wanted a burger, no side of attitude needed. 🤔

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker around 11:30-12:00 and was met with the RUDEST order taker. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and was bothered that she had to take my order. I said “Wow, you sound happy to be here” and she said nothing. I said “Ok well I’ll just go somewhere else since you want to be rude” and she said in the smartest most sarcastic tone “Have a WONDERFUL day…” There is no reason to treat people who are coming to spend money here this way. If you don’t like your job then leave and go elsewhere.
