This location has continued its steep descent into oblivion. Please take a look at the attached photos. My hot dog is completely charred to blackness. It’s inedible. All 12 inches of it. $10. How is this even possible given the great expertise and experience possessed in the kitchen? More than half of the parking stalls have no ordering computer or one that is broken. The seating area also has a broken computer and is generally gross. This business has completely lost the plot.

I give this Sonic location 2 1/2 stars out of 5. I’ll start with the positive, as I have been here many times and have never experienced a wrong order or poor quality food (hopefully not jinxing). I have even door dashed and received all of my items in the quantity and quality that I have asked, if I needed special things done (like easy ice), those wishes were always granted. Now with the bad, the actual look of this location is not good. Many of the stalls are empty or broken leaving the options to order to mainly be through the driveway or the app. If you do choose to order from one of the

The customer service was great. The number one double smash was amazing. There’s just one guy that always takes my order and he’s super nice. I always come here and the food is just fresh and delicious.

Food was standard. We ordered through the app and pulled into a space. Waited over 40 minutes for our food and there were only a few other cars here so not super busy. No way to get in touch with them unless we leave the space and get in the drive through line which was also not being serviced. If we didn’t already pay for our food we would have left.
