So I normally get food here on campus in between classes and today I parked my car and walked around the drive thru (so that I wouldn’t get hit) considering we’ve had multiple incidents on campus. Well as i’m walking around the building this older lady with blackish glasses opens the drive thru window and just starts hollering. I looked around confused if she was yelling at me and simply responded to her that I was going inside questioning if she was talking to me. I was shocked to see how they put half the ingredients as they used to in these tacos. A few shreds of cheese, horrible. And then we have to put our own orders in. There’s no customer service. I can’t believe Taco Bell has gone downhill so badly. We won’t be back.

Went to this taco bell ordered about 9 items. got 7 sauces and then when i asked for more patrick t refused to give me more sauce saying its in the handbook. currently going to a different taco bell for more sauce. do better. terrible customer service . also very horribly made food. put little to nothing in it!
