The food was not great (small portions even when paying for extra), the tables were sticky and falling apart and quite a bit of flies. The only upside was the guy who handed us our food at the front counter was pleasant. I personally will be going to a different Taco Bell from now on.

NOTHING WAS FRESH, EVERYTHING WAS COLD. ordered food, half of the items were wrong, and some were incomplete. nacho fries were basically empty and the cheese cause was the same. all of the food was obviously made in a rush as theres sauce flowing everywhere throughout the bag. sauce packets were busted, leaving more of a mess. only good thing was the service from the manager. id rather eat the half pound arbys burger than ever order here again

Ordered a Cantina Bowl. I requested to swap the chicken for the seasoned ground beef. I also ordered an order of nacho chips with cheese. When I got home and opened the Cantina Bowl had NO PROTEIN... NO SEASONED BEEF I ORDERED. The nacho chips and cheese. I received a cup of cheese with about 1 teaspoon of cheese. Taco Bell DO BETTER!!! I will not go back to this location (Congress St. Lafayette, LA). I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is a cheese quesadilla with only about a pinch of cheese, it’s basically just sauce. This location has messed up several times, I’ve tried to give them more chances because it used to be really good but it really sucks now and I hate to be the person to complain but this is really bad…
