I ordered the Tostada, but the lettuce on top was in really bad condition, it tasted frozen or even spoiled. When I mentioned it to the store manager, he insisted everything was fine, even though I’ve ordered the same item at other branches and never had this issue. In the end, the photos and video I uploaded speak for themselves

You can no longer order your food at this restaurant. You have to go on this machine and go through their entire menu. It is very cumbersome and difficult to actually get to the end. I wanted two meals but was only able to order one because I would have had to start all over again. I will never go to another El Pollo Loco that does not have people that take your order. This is what happens when you impose a twenty dollar per hour minimum wage. People lose their jobs and machines take their place that make it very difficult just to get some lunch.

Very friendly staff. Service was fast and there was no line/wait to order. The chicken was freshly made, and the location was super clean, including the gender neutral bathrooms. El pollo loco continues to be go-to place when I want fast food, but still eat something healthy (roasted chicken, salad and veggies).
