Honestly so frustrated with this location. They will not put extra sauce, even if you pay for it. I’ve had to have my order fixed every time. This time he said, no that is extra sauce, when it clearly wasn’t. I told him it looked horrible and left. They used to hook it up, but lately they won’t put extra even if you pay for it. Edit- updating because they have been adding extra sauce to my frosty the last handful of times I’ve visited, and I really do love the brownie batter frosty 😅

The last few times I came to this Wendy’s after work were good, the employees are usually very sweet especially the guy who seems to always work nights, but today was a different story. A different employee (Zack?) was dismissive and almost rude to me at the window, I’m quite sure he was working on multiple cars at a time to get done faster. I believe he was just in a rush to get all the orders done fast and leave, which is ironic when one of the restaurant’s mottos is "quality is our recipe.” Besides that the food was fine, again not as quality as it could’ve been but fine.

We got our burgers home and mine was super raw. My husband's was also raw but not as bad as mine.

Not sure why I keep giving Wendy's a second chance because they inevitably screw up my order. I ordered a vanilla Frosty and received a chocolate, and didn't get my chili at all. I have worked in restaurants as a TO GO person in places way more complicated and involved and my orders were always correct because I made sure they were. It's Wendy's not rocket science
