I think this is the worst dunkin ever. to whoever was working the opening shift on 2/7/2026 when I asked for a little ice in my coffee so it wasn’t so hot it should have only been 2-3 ice cubes not enough to make it an iced coffee. Second the hash browns tasted like idek what besides disgusting and the bottom of my cup ugh I actually have no words… see attached image. This Dunkin location needs to do a deep cleaning and some deep reconsideration of who they choose to represent their brand.

Ordered online and got my order almost immediately. The young lady that worked this morning is SO FRIENDLY! Welcomed me when I walked in, smiled the entire time I was there and just radiated positive energy. Great way to start my day. Bathroom was clean and my coffee was DELISH.

Tina (asst manager) was SO great with customer service. Coming from 10 years in retail store management I would hire her in a heartbeat. My first time trying the berry sangria refresher: and she made both the drink and food better than expected. Both my wife and friend had great experiences as well. Always a great place to go right after my drs. Or pharmacy pick up.
