There were about 5 teenage boys vaping inside the store! Getting free food and drinks from there mother it looks like. They were screaming curse words playing in their phones very loudly and flicking multiple customers off. When u went to order on the kiosk it told me to pay if front I did they told me to wait then 45 minutes later I told them I have been waiting for a long time and they said they never got and order so I had to order and and wait for another! 20 minutes then, after that, I got my food and the crunchy tacos I was supposed to get were all soft. Every time I come to this location, the experience feels the same: rushed, dismissive, and full of attitude. There’s no friendliness, no communication, and no effort to make the customer feel welcome. Orders are consistently incorrect, even when clearly customized, and especially when you pay extra for specific items. When you point it out, the response is not helpful or professional. It feels like they don’t care if your order is right, and fixing it becomes your problem instead of theirs. The overall environment comes across as disorganized, unmotivated, and lacking basic customer service

I was at Taco Bell like less than an hour ago. I got my regular order of BEEF chalupas. The person taking my order through the drive thru had me repeat what type and even repeated BEEF back to me. I get home and the chalupas are CHICKEN this usually would not be a problem but this taco bell continuously gives me chicken chalupas even after I confirm I want beef and I don’t understand why. If there is no beef, express that but how are we going to exchange the word beef THREE TIMES just for me to get chicken it’s so disappointing and it’s happened so regularly that I just get aggravated.
