Took a group here for a graduation late lunch after 2 pm with a group of 10. Not what I would call busy, we’ve been there before and it’s been crazy. The experience today was just okay. The waitress never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks or water, she could have made bit more money as there were others who wanted to try the key lime margarita and the toasted coconut. The half chicken was over cooked and dry. The wedge and Cuban were great. Definitely paying for the view as the prices are high. All in all not great but wasn’t terrible.

Very disapointing. When I visit Lakeland I like to get my Krystal fix because they do not have one in my town. This visit, it was like the meat was pre cooked then assembeled on buns that were left sitting out and became hard. Half of the cheese slices missed the burger and my full size burger was dry and the bun very burnt. Next visit I will hit the next door neighbor for mexican food.

This is my second time here and the young lady that is at the counter and drive thru is an absolute amazing worker. It's Thursday morning and the weather is yucky and this lady was busy and kept a smile on her face and greeted every customer with a good morning, the food was good but I'm coming back because good manners and hard work is rare nowadays.

The food is delicious! Always been a family oriented restaraunt, however they have gotten slower as the years have passed! But my favorite will always be the grape Slushy!
