Honestly love this place and think the pricing is rather fair and the setups are nicely maintained. I feel a little spoiled going here compared to some places I used to go. 3 stars though because even at 8pm this venue is so UNGODLY HOT. It's like such a muggy heat too, makes me nauseous. I managed a spot in front of the big fan but that still wasn't enough. Surely that has to be a better method to this place than leaving 30-40+ computers and monitors + all this other tech on at all times. I come here often and always have a good time but my computer freaked out and out of the 3 employees sitting there doing nothing, no one wanted to help me. One even went as far as to say "nose goes" pointing at their nose and laughing obnoxiously. I never felt so ignored and disrespected. Youre at work, do better. (Update) This situation was handled perfectly and I'm very very happy with management and other employees for rectifying everything. It's very very rare to experience issues here, this was a one off incident and I'm sure will not happen again. Thank you again ☺️
