I ordered a beefy five-layer and I wanted the beef substituted for beans. I don't like the beef at Taco Bell it makes me sick. So I like my burrito to have double the beans. I explained my order to the drive-thru lady I emphasize substitute the beef for beans. Then I pulled up to the window and reiterated my order to the lady at the window. I received my order and looked on my burrito and there was no extra beans. I went back through the drive-thru and the gentleman said that the burrito already comes with beans. I said I understand that that's why I wanted to substitute the beef for beans so

Been here twice. The first time the staff was rude. I thought it was a one off. Came back today and the girl with the throat tat ignored me at the window after handing me my food but never gave me my drink. I had to get down just to get a drink that could have been resolved quickly if she would have opened the window to ask if I was missing anything. Instead we both waisted 3min in addition to whatever time I was already waiting before finally getting off and asking for it. Girl has HORRIBLE customer service. Once we got home we noticed the strawberry Cinnabon things were not in their bag. Lik

The pictures on the menu are misleading. I got the nacho fries since when this plate was nacho fries snack size literally. I was pretty upset this item should have been on value meal after paying, 21 bucks I would've been more satisfied ordering off the value menu. For sure and they funny with the sauce they gave us like four sauce packets after we ordered like two meals but after looking in bag seeing what we got understand why he gave us so little wasn't gone need it but for one meal even that meal calls more then just four sauce packets. The worst taco bel I have ever dined at. Food was horrible and a mess. I sat in the drive through line for 15 min. Not exceptable and defeats the purpose. I would have went into Dennys right across the parking lot if I had that kind of time.
