On a cold rainy Tuesday. Stopped in here looking to her get a buy one. Get one free chili and when I asked the lady gave me a blank stare and said she had no clue what I was talking about. Had to go get her manager. And the manager informed us that this location does not have the buy one get one chili special on Tuesdays and when I asked about getting a Wendy's Frosty she informed me they only had vanilla that they ran out of chocolate.

Worst service I've had at a Wendy's. It was 9pm (so shouldn't have been a rush time), they had one lane closed, and a crazy line. At first we thought it was just a lot of customers for some reason. But i fear the line was due to the terrible timing and service of the staff. From start to finish we were in line for 25mins. About 15 of those minutes were AFTER we paid. So no way to bail out of line. We ordered one burger with no bun and extra patties and 5 sugar cookies. After we paid, we watched the car 2 orders ahead of us hand their food back and forth 4 or 5 times. All the while the cashier

Food is hit or miss, I’ve had pop that they didn’t change the syrup bags. Service is slow and atmosphere depends on the day. When it’s slow it’s fine if it’s busy the parking lot is full of people picking up to go orders.

I changed my rating after the no backpack rule was dropped. As person with disabilities I need my backpack for day to day living. The restaurant is well kept after it's recent remodel. They've hired some quality staff recently which has improved the experience. The gentleman with mustache during the day is very attentive to front counter service. Will visit again.
