I had to give it one star, but for me this place deserves –5 stars. The food took around 45 minutes to be ready. When we placed our order, we asked for sauces, but when the food arrived, we didn’t receive any sauces or napkins. I requested additional sauces, and the manager, very rude, refused to give me any, saying I had to pay for them (even though we ordered three adult combos). I tried to explain that we never received the sauces in the first place. One of the employees handed me a few, and the manager started yelling at her and at me as well. Dear McDonald’s night shift employees I’m starting to believe yall have a personal vendetta against me 😭 no seriously why do you hate me? We come to this location maybe every 2-4 weeks since last November and without exaggeration, every single time there’s something wrong with my order. Specially mine, my boyfriends is usually right. I get the same thing every time, a plain bacon quarter pounder add mayo. Sometimes it’s missing mayo, others it’s missing bacon, and sometimes it’s not plain. I once ordered DoorDash from this location and my ENTIRE burger was missing💔

I have a friend at the nearby hospital and the only thing that she asked me for was an ice cream from McDonald's. That's all she wanted. I got here and they told me that the ice cream machine wasn't working. What's up with the ice cream machines always being broken? It's a cliche at this point. If they're never going to work, then just get rid of them. I'm not blaming the cashier, he was very polite.
