Burger and fries taste as if it was dipped in grease and sat there ...a Horror movie and this is the second time ... Also had this strange taste 😳 🤔 I'm done with one here . I seen on under cover bosses how they visit some of the one in New Orleans, They need to come here I'm sure they wouldn't be happy.. people standing outside smoke and running in to fix your food .. Maybe that's why our food tasted like trash. Smh

Was here on this past Saturday and the customer service from the manager on duty was incredible. She was quite polite and helpful. I went around 5pm, wish I was able to to get her name! Great customer service 💗

The worst service ever!!! Pulled up in drive thru all the employees were sitting out side with friends. After waiting a few minutes we were never acknowledged so I said hello the lady outside said hello back with a nasty attitude like I was bothering her crazy right so I said you don’t have to get nasty we been waiting she then said I know you watching me… ummm ma’am are you there to work and provide service or hangout with your friends at work!!! We pulled off and left cause at that point I didn't trust her making my food!!! Won’t ever be back this happened 1/08/26

Took over 30 minutes after telling us to pull over for our food. They should have been honest if they could not fulfill orders instead of wasting our time.
