Before you leave with your order inspect it to make sure every item is there, or it was not replaced with an incorrect item. These people have an extremely difficult time filling orders correctly. They no doubt hear about only a small fraction of them, because most of us just don’t want to waste any more time making an issue about some bottom tier fast food. The quality is completely hit or miss. Usually their shells or tortillas are really under filled- like many of the customers have complained about. I don’t see how this place has 3.7 stars. Maybe it was well run in the past.

I've been a bunch, and the service is always slow even at the drive through, and they neglect customers dining in. Waited for over 10 minutes inside and had to leave because my lunch break ran out. Ugh. Taco bell is supposed to be cheap, bad, fast food. And now it's expensive bad slow food. Andale Rapido down the street can grill a whole steak and give you a full plate in the time it takes to read an order here.

The rice was hard, the fiesta crisps were unreasonably stale, and the chicken had clearly been sitting out for many hours. Will not be coming back to this location. Also, this is nit picking at this point...the kitchen in the back was pretty filthy

These people don’t care about their job. Went there a couple weeks ago and asked for extra queso for the chip cuz we all know they dry ash. Then I get home and open my taco today and it looks like some one took it to Sunday night super slam
