Ordered two Dave's Double Hamburgers....One for me & one for my bride. The meat inside all four patties was way undercooked/raw. I picked them up at the drive through, so we didn't notice until I got home and we both took a bite. Man... threw one away & holding on to the other in case one of us gets food poisoning. E-Coli is my main concern here. Tried calling the store... no one picked up... Man!!

A lady named Vicki who was missing teeth in the front had a very bad attitude. She was there working on the 4th of July I pull up through the drive thru wanting to order only 3 items. She was like what do I want and I told her but then another lady voice on the intercom came in and I was going back and forth between two people and I was very confused. I try explaining that to Vicky, the original person who I spoke to first but instead of being understanding or trying to help and figure out so I can just place my order I was met with rudeness. All I wanted was two kids meals and a nugget combo

I waited at least 15 minutes behind another car in the drive thru to order no other cars were in front of us got to the window waited another 10 min only to get cold fries and the wrong order. I was over charged because they gave me a burger instead of a spicy chicken sandwich meal went back to get my food and asked the worker did I get over charged she said it was the same price I asked again and it was a $2 difference got my refund checked my food I thought it was ok but when I got home it had pickles on it after the worker asked me twice about it. I went back the manager had an attitude and

WOW I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this store. I got two baked potatoes that were not cooked at all. If you don’t have potatoes ready to serve then just say that don’t sell me food you didn’t even cook properly. Smh. Then I didn’t get the fries I ordered and paid for. Nuggets cold and disgusting. That’s just the food then there is the service. They were so rude to me for simply asking for sour cream which should have already been in the bag. So disappointing because this is the closest Wendy’s to me but I refuse to go there again. I always get the worst customer service. Tell your emp
