Place has gone down hill, and fast. Service sucks now, orders are consistently wrong or missing food. Food is soggy from over saturation of grease, biting into a fry and getting a mouth full of grease ain't enjoyable, let me tall ya. And who puts sauce packets inside your fries? Now because you shoved 3 packets of sauce in there, I get shorted fries...make it make sense. Recommend they get better staff or start fixing something, cause this ain't it and you definitely lost a customer here, call it Karen, call it what you like, but facts are just that...facts.

Jaylin the guy that takes orders outside working tonight at @7:20PM deserves a raise as well as the other guy working along side him in the same area. They were beyond helpful, went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed despite standing outside in the windy and chilly weather, Jaylin suggested a great item that I purchased, both of them had a wonderful personality, sense of humor, cool & down to earth young men!

We took a bus full of yapping kids to the chick-fil-a in Lawton today with 0 warning. They are known for their service. That doesn't mean you should stop saying thank you! I wasn't even seated and my food was ready. The smiles stayed amongst the commotion. Some of our group went back for 2nds, 3rds....dessert....milkshakes...refills. I give credit where it's due. I admire the work ethic I see!
