It's probably the best dutch bros I've been too, however, I ordered online through the app, and the customer service, though it was fast, was a bit.. quick..?? It felt like "here's ur drink, bye!" I know its a drive-thru but i really could've used a little small talk at the window or something the day I went in. (especially when I was the only person in line, and it was in the evening.) Anyways, they wrote my name and drew a crown for me! Loved it ❤️✨️Best thing to order *if you like fruity things* was the picture i placed below!

The food and drinks here are always good, but the customer service is what really stands out for me. Especially all the staff who are standing outside in the freezing cold or scorching sun, it doesn’t matter, they are always SO friendly and kind. And that really makes a difference for me. I see Beau consistently and he is THE BOMB! So friendly, so kind, so genuine. Love this location!

Genuinely the worst Dutch Bros I've ever been to in my life. I ordered oat milk, got 2% (was told it was), the espresso is burnt, and they didn't put any vanilla in it. I've had hotel coffee that is better than the crap I paid $10 for today. I will NEVER be back to this location, especially for the TERRIBLE service I was given when I waited 15 minutes in a line of 3 cars. No personality, robots could do your job better

Skyla was AMAZINGGG!! She was so fun and so sweet, i’ve worked in customer service for YEARS and i’ve never actually been able to write a google review about other good customer service until today. We always come here and we’ve never seen her before, but she was so funny and so sweet really gave a good look on the atmosphere. 10/10 experience!!
