With 'breakfast' in a restaurant name one would expect a very good breakfast. That's what I got. I ordered the Breakfast Plate #2, which came with four pieces of well cooked thick sliced bacon. The eggs were cooked as I ordered and the toast was sourdough. While my hashbrowns were hot and crispy, the flavor seemed a bit flat. One of my dining companions loved the hash browns that came with his hamburger steak breakfast, so I'm guessing my taste buds may have been off. All in all, very good food. The service was prompt, our food came out hot, and we never had to ask for more coffee. I

An old friend of mine was in Leander visiting family and he wanted to meet for breakfast. I wanted to drive to him, so beforehand I Googled "Best Breakfast Leander", and "Nick's Breakfast and Coffee" jumped out at me with their 4.6 rating. We met at 8AM and we knew it must be really good when we saw 3 Cedar Park Police SUV's in Nick's parking lot. We were greeted by the awesome Eric and he took great care of us through our breakfast. Great meal and world-class customer service. Thank you, Eric and Nick...we'll be back!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Best skillet I've had. Skillet came out sizzling and everything cooked perfectly. They offer chicken sausage which is a rare thing to see and it was great. The French toast might just be THE best in town. For sure a must for anyone that has never been you wont be disappointed.

I really enjoyed the menu; home-cooked comfort food for brunch. Tried their Biscuits and gravy and the regular French toast, which were both Texas sized and delicious! Seating can be a wait on a Sunday, but it's worth it.
