I placed an online order while at the drive-thru, and was instructed to turn off my vehicle. Upon confirming the order via mobile, I was informed that apple pies were unavailable and that the order would need to be canceled and re-ordered. This experience is inconsistent with standard service expectations and reflects a significant departure from the quality of service I have come to expect from McDonald’s. It is precisely this type of inconsistency that led me to discontinue using their services years ago.

While the McDonald’s on Cumberland has much better quality of food than the Main St. location, the service and evening shift management is extremely poor. Their attitudes are the worst and they definitely don’t understand how to analyze sales data, inventory levels, supplier lead times to predict demand. No matter what you order, they always “ask you to pull up.” Which I typically don’t mind waiting for freshly made food. Everything about this McDonalds is really nice and it would be 10x better if they got rid of the girl at the second window with black hair and piercings all on her face and where's the same two jackets everyday either red or black .. she constantly has a attitude everyday I go and I much rather see the Latino lady then her because she ruins the whole experience.. acting like she rather be dead the hand somebody a bag and drink oh and you want ketchup "ugh" that's a out of her pay grade it seems .
