No wonder the line at In N Out is always long. My burger came out cold with a hard bun, my wrap was not edible due to a hard chicken strip and sooo much sauce its all you could taste. My wife's chilli cheese wrap had a small smear of chilli and a bag full of corn chips in it. The only good thing was our drinks. They were not busy, so that can't be used as an excuse, there were only 3 other cars.

I ordered a burger which I have loved always. This one was kind of soggy and fell apart as I ate. The order was brought in a sack with no napkins. Once it was delivered, by the time I discovered there were no napkins, my hands were a mess due to the burger falling apart.

Random stalls have broken credit card readers. You don't find this out until it's already taken your order, Once the carhop comes out and you explain it, they have to go back in and get a handheld credit card reader which does not allow adding tips. The broken reader makes their job harder and they lose tips because of it. Fix these things!

Bring ur sleeping bag because they move so slooooowww. Came in at 5:00 to beat the crowd and didn't get out till 7:00. Food showed up about an hour after I ordered. The salad bar is the only reason I come here which was pretty dirty when I got to it
