When this location first opened it was fantastic. It’s clear that with time the 7 brew culture has completely disappeared. Staff is severely lacking customer service skills or even basic kindness/friendliness the last handful of times I’ve been. I finally convinced myself to try again today and alas, another horrible experience. My first latte tasted like air, and when I asked for it remade, they said they made it extra sweet which I literally never asked for and is way too much. This location is so inconsistent. Sometimes I get the best drink then I’ll go back and order the same thing and it’s not the same at all. I’m tired of never knowing if my $7 for coffee or matcha is going to be worth it or a waste. On top of the inconsistencies their quality control is insane. There have been numerous times the lid on my drink won’t stay on or like today they gave me a cracked and chipped lid! I’m not going drink this in case the missing plastic from my lid is in the drink. I’m not coming back after this visit. I’m tired of wasting my money and being disappointed.

This is a cinnamon roll mocha. Extra sweet, triple 7. When they handed it to me. I thought it was really "light" in color and weight. Get to work to see this. What in the world. Maybe its not a good idea to be the first in line in the morning. Noted!

I love 7 brew and frequent often! The drinks here always come out perfect so it is worth the wait but I do feel like I am always waiting here so much longer than any other location, the people who take your orders also just don't seem as friendly as other places like when you ask a question they just basically say I don't know and don't care to help find out. But in all I always drive away with a delicious drink so it keeps me coming back!
