The interior of this location is nice, but the restaurant appeared to be managed very poorly. The portion sizes were extremely small across the entire order. I received less than a standard serving for nearly every ingredient, even after ordering double meat. When I added guacamole, the spoon was not filled, so I decided to purchase a separate side instead. I also ordered a large drink, but the drink station had no ice. I sent my son to this location to pick up dinner tonight because I am home recovering from being sick . He called me after the pick up and described the most disrespectful experience that one can have from a young lady with dark black hair working the serving line . He asked for a bowl with chicken and as she was serving he said and also half carnitas.as he was reading the order to her. She stopped and became upset . I guess she felt she had put more chicken than what she wanted into the bowl and scooped some of the chicken out and placed it back into the chicken bin. She then adds the car

Visited the location, it’s a consistent issue where the bowls that i receive from this location are way smaller than any other location that i go to. Before i never had anything to bounce off but since the literal CEO of the company has spoken out about the portions and how you don’t have to be afraid to ask for more, so i went and did just that. Even though the employee didn’t tell me no but the facial expressions and the energy that was returned was enough said. It’s always the ladies on the line that give that energy off. I recently visited this Chipotle location and, to my surprise, it was the best burrito I’ve ever had! I’ve been to many Chipotle places over the years, but this one truly stood out. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Everything was wrapped so well that it was a pleasure to eat. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations, even from a place I already love. I want to express my gratitude to the team at this branch.
