It's extremely extremely busy not going to lie. And loud. I've eaten here twice through the drive thru on lunch break from my place of work. First time, it was incredibly busy and they forgot my honey mustard. I had already spent so much time that I couldn't go back to get it. The second time, they made me wait even longer for my food in a parking spot although this time I got everything I asked for. But you know what? This might be the most busy restaurant I have ever been in. The staff does their best, but honestly they need about half as many people trying to eat here. The guests who have ordered are crammed in like sheep waiting for their orders to come out and the place simply doesn't have the space for it. Nothing wrong with their chicken, but I don't go here because there are too many other people. So... system works I guess?
