Service here was genuinely frustrating. There’s no proper dine-in experience—no trays, no table service. Instead, they just keep shouting order numbers until you go pick it up yourself. It might not seem like a big deal, but it gets annoying quickly and feels poorly managed. What made it worse was the staff attitude. They were rude and oddly bothered that we were using McDonald’s app coupons and deals—something customers are literally encouraged to use. That reaction was both confusing and unprofessional. The area is sketchy now with vagrants. They always try to short change you on chicken nugget sauce here even when you paid for extras or forget the sauce entirely. But my favorite is when they hand you opened sauce containers to use. Ewww call the health department. As a fast food restraunt cookies 🍪 are a part of your menu and shouldn’t take 10 minutes in the drive through. It’s unacceptable. The old ownership and old workers were 1000x better and didn’t have attitude problems. Take the AirPods out of your ear you are working right now. If I could rate this establishment 0 stars I would. I will be contacting corporate regarding the behavior of an employee at this location. The employee stated his name was “Bob,” though I have not been able to verify that information. I was taking my nieces out because I haven’t been able to spend much time with them lately and wanted to create a memorable experience. I attempted to place my order online, but the system required a table number. I politely asked if there was a number posted in the playland area.
