What a blatant SCAM. Barely gave me any food and a tiny dollop of guac. I asked for more guac because it was so little, the employee looked at what I assume to be the manager for approval, and barely gave me more. The cashier immediately threw away my receipt so I asked for it back, and they charged me double on the guac. I also got chips and queso as well since I had a free reward, and they didn’t scan it in. It seemed like it was clockwork to throw away the receipts to see if the customer would notice or not. The employees are extremely rude as well.

I have learned to ONLY ORDER IN PERSON to have a good experience at this location. I can attest from multiple experiences when ordering on the app/online the portions are very small and the order is usually incorrect. In person I can’t complain and they always give good size portions when you order it in person. I also agree that the dining area is always messy, not sure whose job it is to clean up the dining room but clearly that person isn’t doing it or doesn’t realize or care it’s their job.

the past numerous times I’ve come here, they said the pico, cheese, and others weren’t up to temperature, and frozen. I would understand if I kept going right when it opened, but right at lunch time? And it’s not ready? Also, the guacamole was a disgusting brown, with little baby flies on and around it. Seems very unsanitary. Pair that with some, if not most of, the workers being rude? AND $14 for a literal bowl of just simply rice and chicken? Seems unacceptable. When this Chipotle location first opened, hands down was the best around besides Framingham Shoppers World. Now… not so much.

Stopped by Chipotle Mexican Grill - Leominster and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and didn’t hold back on the portions at all. My burrito bowl was literally overflowing by the time they were done — I could barely get the lid on 😄. Everything tasted fresh and loaded with flavor. Definitely one of the best Chipotle visits I’ve had. I’ll for sure be back!
