Took my kids there and it wasn't the greatest experience. The food was bland, they were out of ketchup which was weird. My girls liked the frostys but that was the only good thing. I also had my phone stolen from there and none of the employees, not even the manager seemed like he wanted to help me find my phone. I highly recommend not eating there.

How embarrassing. Grown man having a personal and very unprofessional conversation at the counter with a a girl who mentioned she was an employee off duty and distracting all other employees to point of several wrong orders. The girl with multicolor hair was asking for help and being ignored. Don't order from Wendy's it will be wrong most of the time. Also young lady who was off the clock.....GO HOME who hangs out and thinks the customer can wait while y'all act like they don't exist. I am submitting a serious complaint about a manager named Meeka at the Wendy’s in Lewiston, Idaho. This behavior has been observed repeatedly, especially on Wednesday evenings. The way this manager treats both customers and employees is extremely unprofessional. She frequently speaks down to employees in a harsh and demeaning tone in front of customers, which creates a very uncomfortable and negative environment inside the restaurant. This is what you get when you order a double / w everything. Break out the microscope. Yes, that's all the lettuce provided. I really should not complain they weren't out of anything unless they weren't out of anything. Big finish now, the Frosty machine wasn't broken and they had all 3 flavors. The redeeming fact is the beef. At least that's still good. By now you're saying, why did you eat there. 1 word, nostalgia. I haven't been to this particular location in At least a year.
