We met a friend for lunch on a Friday, walked right in to an open table. It was pretty busy, folks of all ages there, a birthday party of little girls at one table, elderly couple at another, great relaxed family atmosphere. Our waitress came right away and got us our drink order. I had a Black Russian, solid tumbler and well balanced. My wife had a margarita that was tasty, our friend got a vodka and cranberry, that she really enjoyed. Came here on a Friday night, you seat yourself. It took a few minutes for a waitress to come to us as it was pretty busy. When we ordered or drinks, water with lemon and a coke, the waitress returned with only my drink and took her at least 5 minutes to return with my bfs soda. Ordered a salad, onion rings and pepperoni pizza. Salad was subpar, two strips of green pepper and couple pieces of lettuce were not the best looking. They baked the onion rings so they are burnt/more cooked on one side, some of the worst onion rings I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The only saving grace was the pizza. Go

Had a great time at Pat’s. This is the 2nd or 3rd that we’ve been to when visiting New England and this one did not disappoint. The pesto garlic bread was excellent as was the simple pepperoni pizza. I tried the Lone Pine IPA (brewed in Portland) and really enjoyed it. My wife had the Allagash White, which everything Allagash makes is excellent. A full dinner and two drinks was $50 with tip - a great price for excellent food and service. It’s a bit nosey inside, but worth it.
