The wait time around dinner is ridiculous. I thought going inside would make it quicker, since the drive thru line was wrapped around the store.... NOPE. they actually take the orders in drive thru quicker, bc they are timed! Learn from my mistake, don't go in, especially during dinner time!

Service inside was very slow. I was one person back in line, and it took 8 minutes just to take my order. 5 people working I could see... just slow to get orders together and out for doordashers, and dining. Drive thru was getting orders out quickly... 7-8 orders at least while I waited to give my order. Just need better help in front of store.

In photos you will see the burger I got, and how it looked nothing like the baconator picture on the menu. Also had little to no bacon and was flatter then a McDonald's singal. The wait was 15 minutes in the drive through and the property is dirty I won't be coming back here. I missed a wendys burger but clearly it's no longer an actual wendys it's a money funnel.

I ordered 2 shakes, 10 piece nugget and chicken sandwich through drive through. There were 3 cars in front of me. I pulled up to window, paid and was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on my chicken sandwich? Ok...I get it...keeping drive through times low. But at least hand me my shakes. I pull forward and wait...3 cars behind me get their food and drive around me. I decided to pull into a spot and just go in. Thats where the true disgust came in! The dining room floor was littered with fries, dirt and wrappers! I walk up to front counter and no one assisted me. I watched has 3 p
