The real star, though, is the chef, Om. He went above and beyond — letting me taste the meat before ordering (a thoughtful touch you don’t see every day!) and making my quesadilla perfectly extra toasty. He even explained the toasting so I wouldn’t think it was burnt — talk about attention to detail! Great food, great service, and definitely a spot I’ll be returning to.
