Ordered 2 slushies tonight around 8:30 PM. When we got there, we were told they “weren’t making slushies anymore tonight” and that we could “probably request a refund on the app or something.” We had already paid for the slushies, and ended up leaving totally empty handed. Of course there’s no obvious way to request a refund in the app. Can’t say that I’ll be too excited to return.

The two people that were working on Saturday night of January 24th 2026 or on top of everything. Food was hot when served and tasted great and not a single one was rude about anything not like some other Sonics I've been to in the past they did an excellent job I just don't normally give five stars unless it's over the top exceptional. I don't know it should have four and a half.

Honestly worst place I've been to in a while, placed and order for some a chicken bite combo and a route 66 size drink, which I payed 7 dollars for. They put such a large amount of syrup in that drink it was undriankable. I also received my food with it dumped all over the bottom of the bag and absolutely zero sauce. If I could give this place no stars I would. I called and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

Placed an order on the app. Waited more than 40 minutes, and left empty handed. I watched about 5 or 6 other cars do the exact same. There's only 1 guy working in the entire place; unbelievable. I'm never coming back to this location. Their app policy means I can't even get refunded or cancel my order, either!! EDIT: I emailed customer service 4 days ago, and still no reply back. Once again- don't go here.
