I had a strange experience at this coffee shop’s drive thru. When I ordered a mocha, they gave me a chocolate covered espresso bean. I told the staff member I didn’t need it and asked if they could take it back. Instead of throwing it away, she told me I could just throw it on the ground. I was really shocked to hear a business suggest littering. That’s not respectful to the environment or the community. The coffee was fine, but this interaction left a really bad impression.
