I want to give more…but just can’t. Food is incredibly slow each time I come. Ever heard of the 3pm rush? No? Me neither, so why do 2 Fish Sandwiches take 20+ mins? Staff are mostly nice unless you communicate frustration with the wait, then they tell you, they’ve only had the order on their board for 17 mins, not 20…clearly missing the point here. Doesn’t appear to have any leadership training employees on customer interaction or urgency.
