Too pricey but this economy is rough right now! Big 💝💝 to Hunter, for being a patient, personable, humble guy! Give that young man a bonus, a raise, weekends off, etc! But keep him! I walked in with a “chip on my shoulder” and walked out a little happier because of that young man! The kitchen staff shouldn’t have responded the way they did about making a shredded chicken sandwich! I get it’s Saturday night and the place was busy but never that kind of talk in front of customers and I don’t know the guys name!

What is going on with the customer service at the Elida Rd. location? Pat’s had always been a Lima staple, I highly doubt it will continue with this type of service. I had been living states away for five years, recently being back to Lima, I’ve given this location several tries. The poor customer service is consistent. I placed an order at 5p. The gal taking my order told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I am at the window to pick my order up at 5:20. I’m finally greeted several minutes later, and then told my order wasn’t ready yet, that I needed to pull up and they’d run it out. At 5:40
