Stopped in to check out the newly remodeled Wendy’s in Lima and was honestly impressed. The place looks way better—clean, modern, and a lot more comfortable to sit in. It doesn’t feel like your typical fast food spot anymore. The staff was friendly and got the food out quick. My burger was hot, fries were fresh, and everything was just how I ordered it. You can tell they’re trying to step up their game. Nice to see a local spot getting a solid upgrade. Definitely a good stop if you’re in the area.

I have been on this side of town for years and I swear over the last few months every time I come to Wendy’s, it keeps coming better and better. I went today and for as long as the line was got out very quickly. The guy actually gave me an extra meal because they had it and he had already put in the bag so he told me to keep it with that being said when I got home, I’m realized they were missing my sandwich. The two guys working the morning breakfast rush had great customer service towards me. I was able to let them know they are doing a great job even though during stressful morning! I blessed them and told them God loves them and just do and go as fast as you can go! People have to wait in lines everywhere you go, no need to curse workers! Food is food they have choices to go elsewhere! Thank you for all your service today charging me 2 for $3 deal on my breakfast sandwiches because of wait.
