Had a great experience at Shine. The chicken soup was comforting, flavorful, and packed with ingredients. The sangria is definitely a must-order — refreshing and balanced perfectly. The sushi was incredibly fresh and some of the best I’ve had in the city. My chicken dish was loaded with fresh vegetables, which made it feel hearty and well-balanced. Everything tasted fresh, high quality, and made with care. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back. Oh and the staff is super friendly.

The Drunken Chicken was light and flavorful, and the glazed lotus roots were a standout appetizer - perfectly crunchy, lightly sweet, and filled with glutinous rice. The stir-fried eel & pork belly were fragrant and satisfying, and the scallion oil noodles simple yet comforting. To finish, the sesame ball tangyuan was a lovely dessert - super chewy texture in osmanthus rice wine.
