It is such a cute, cozy place. The lady that owns it is so nice and kind, I felt like I was in my mom's kitchen ❤️💖. Smoothies are delicious, food is fresh and healthy and wheat grass shots are freshly made, everything is freshly made. If you want to eat healthy food, that is also delicious and comforting this place is your spot. Highly recommend 👌.

I came here because of the overwhelming amount of 5 star reviews but is it really that good? Plenty of parking available. The inside is more spacious than in the pictures. I came here for breakfast. The owner was very generous. I ordered an avocado scrambled eggs wrap and strawberry mango green smoothie. The green smoothie was pretty good for the price. The wrap was stuffed with a generous amount of eggs and avocado. I wished the wrap didn’t break apart so easily when I went to pick it up. There also wasn’t much flavor in the wrap. I paid about $20 total. Overall, it was decent but not sure I’

We stopped here for a light bite while in the area from the city. We wish this was closer to downtown for us to come to regularly! My Nutella + strawberry & banana wrap was amazing, my husband’s berry smoothie was wonderful, and I was delighted to try my first wheatgrass shot. Service was some of the best we’ve had in a long time, too - the owner is so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend for a great healthy snack or meal!

I had lunch here and found it to be wonderful. Everything was fresh and tasty and healthy. I really appreciate being able to get healthy food quickly on a lunch break. I had a spinach feta scrambled egg wrap and the chicken cobb salad. I loved how fresh everything tasted and how light the wrap was. Very good. I'll be back.
