First of all when I arrived I see the manager at back door with apron on smoking cigarettes I come in get seated ordered what i was gonna have now its been 20 mins or more manager comes in to seat a couple of another race ok now its 30 mins later tell me why they got their food with in 10 mins and im still waiting thats really terrible not only that im watching patiently so 35 mins later my order still isn't ready keep in mind I only had the French toast combo with a side of grits which by the way I never got the grits because after the long wait she informed that the grits weren't ready

From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted and treated like I was a celebrity. The manager and waitress were on point and very attentive. Food came out quick and it was hotband delicious. When you go ask for Markeisa. She will take very good care of you! I will definitely be back.

Horrible. Did an online order was supposed to be ready by 919am I gave it time and arrived at 925am only literally 4 customers including children already seated and eating I stood there for 5 min before they finished their personal conversation in the kitchen and acknowledge i had an order. Attitudes were nonchalant and as if it was a bother. I assume it was the manager that went in there and made them actually start making the order 5 min after that. It was only 1 gentleman with a ponytail that was actually concerned and considerate. Everyone else sucked....finally got my food at 943am. How c

Upon arrival to this location. The guy that was standing in front didn't greet me and actually said nothing but are you picking up a order. I said no, I'm trying to be seated. He proceeded to grab menus and sat me at a booth. No type of manners or business anything!! Need more training with everyone in this establishment!! Worker dressed any kinda way! Nobody was in any type of uniform! Absolutely horrible!! I eat at ihop all the time and this location is horrible!! I will not be back to this location ever again
