charon banks★The place was filthy! From the windows to the drink machine to the restrooms. With the poor toilet flushes and to hair and stains on the restroom sink, I decided I wasn't eating from here. The whole place is a bit dated and needs a remodel. The whole place needs to be pressure washed for sure. I was afraid of catching something or a bug dropping in my food. Its a ploom of thick dust on the light fixtures! Tayllor McGinty★literally by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I showed up as a mom of 3 very little kids with me, not wanting to cook tonight. Stopped by around 7pm for dinner and there was a long line. Only one person on cashier. I finally get my order taken and a lady interrupts me to speak to a manager and the girl working cashier basically ignored her. People piled at the pickup station. After waiting 30 MINUTES trying to keep my children contained I grab my bag as I was told it was ready and confirmed everything was good. Daja Marie (RealDajaMarie)★★Honestly the slowest staff I’ve ever seen in my life. You would think the elderly work here. My order looked like it was microwaved and sat up there. My soup was cold and sandwiches weren’t toasted and I ordered a grilled cheese. When they reheated the sandwiches they were burned. He had to make my order all over again. They had no milk out for coffee. The ordering process took forever and I had to inform her of my coupons until she found it. It’s freezing in there. Thank goodness for the fireplace.
