I don’t understand spending $10 on a combo meal and not being allowed even one sauce with the meal. If the meal is that much at least one sauce should be free. Instead they wait until you get to the window to tell you there is an additional fee of fifty cents to have one sauce with your meal. I won’t be back to this location. I’ve never had that happen at any other Wendy’s. I understand if I was not buying food but a regular, not value menu, combo meal should come with one free sauce.

I decided to visit Wendy's for breakfast. My first. I tried to use the kiosk to order but could not order coffee instead of a soda. I went to the register and felt uncomfortable because I had to use the register. The manager had to "sign" in the cashier. I ordered a breakfast meal. The bacon on the crossiant was tough and hard to chew. The egg at 6am was clearly previously prepared and tough. The potatoes were okay and easy to eat.

SERVICE GREAT! FOOD TERRIBLE! Chili had clearly been pre packaged and refrigerated before adding cheese that didn't even begin to melt. The chili is just soooo thick. My frosty was also clearly pre portioned and frozen. The texture was far too icy and solid. Food wise it was all just BAD. HOWEVER, the lady working drive through is beyond nice and provided above average customer service. The food though....just AWFUL.

I walk in and they treat us pretty not well . And I ordered food and when we went to the soda machine no soda so I asked them behind and the acted like it was a big deal. And I ordered 4 jbcs and only got 2 with bacon idk it pretty weird energy In here where is there hospitality anymore??? And mark the young one up for it isn't very nice either. The blonde with glasses the manager young. need to tell her staff to be more nice to paying customers. Also when you guys are out of soda both machine you should tell the paying customer that bought drinks or be nice about refilling out drinks.
