Got drive through. Woman at the speaker was snippy and acted like my existence was an inconvenience to her. Tried to cut me off 4 times "that it?" No it ain't it! Plus they barely ALWAYS out of something. How this place is still around is a mystery to me. I'll go to Lee's. Way better food anyways.

Zero Stars!!!! I watched them pour water in already watery gravy and over watery mash! If you are not one of the regs that tip them cash, run! The manager on her cell phones having a very personal conversation at the register not acknowledging me or the issue with my food. I was served a snack wrap with two chicken strips that were the size of there potato wedge and 13 shreds of lettuce balled up in foil. The lobby was gross and who i thought was a homeless man in the lobby was actually there to work and no disrespect but nothing looked clean on him head to toe… the food, staff, and store is j

I haven't had KFC since I was younger and I must say I was very pleased with my experience. The lady working the drive through was extremely patient with my since I was being slow about what I was ordering. Once I ordered my food they had it ready for me almost the minute I got to the window. The lady at the window was extremely quick and complimented me on my eyes which while I was caught off by it, it made me feel good. To the staff there I just wanted to say thank you for making that very short interaction as smooth and as positive as can be.

I think the Colonel would agree with me that this place ain’t exactly great, I made a mistake well ordering and realized it when the food came out. When I tried to rectify the situation they said because the order was exactly how I ordered i couldn’t get a replacement and I don’t have to tell you that that’s some BS of the highest order
