Don't call yourself a "coffee place" if you don't actually sell "coffee". I had never been to one of these places, but have seen them popping up in the area and the lines are always crazy long. My wife and I passed by one in Lockport while visiting my in-laws for Easter. The line was significantly less than I've ever seen one before, so I said, hey, why not, let's give it a try. The drinks have always been made very well but the reason for my four stars is the wait times. I’ve gotten there 15-20 minutes early in attempt to not be late for work and still late every time. Also need better awareness of who came next in line. I’ve seen people who came in later get their drink order taken before others who have been waiting. Regardless very friendly staff and great drinks
