I promise this is the worse chipotle franchise around. EVERY time I go it there’s a problem. I went a month ago, got ignored with nothing said for 10 minutes and eventually left. The employees do not care! They’re constantly “why are people coming? Where are they coming from?” If you don’t want to work, go somewhere else or wait until I can’t hear you. Anyways tonight I had an employee who actually did care, was polite and doing his job well!! 5/16/25 I have to change my review for this location. The last time I ordered drive thru was almost 5 years ago and was disappointed in the volume of food in my burrito bowl. My family convinced me to try again tonight and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered four burrito bowls and all four were well made. See photos attached. Keep in mind, these pictures were taken after the lids were removed at home. The food barely fit in the container/lid. Well done this time Chipotle! Everything tasted great! Some of the staff acted as if we were bothering them as we ordered the food. The lobby was not clean, and my meat was raw.

The lettuce is in bad conditions and the meet is dry. The show me the rest of the lettuce they have and it was same. The lettuce the put in my plate it smells bad. And Lu the girl that works there say all the lettuce is same
